Two years ago, Zion Harvey had a life changing operation — he was the first person in the world to get a double-hand transplant. That’s right, the first person ever.
Today, it’s amazing what Zion is accomplishing. Needless to say, his surgery was an indisputable success.
This all started at a very young age. When Zion was two and had to get his hands and feet cut off due to a super serious infection. In 2015, at age 8, and just days after the transplant, he was able to move his new little boy fingers.
