This 100-year old church in the Spanish city of Llanera is now a mecca for skaters.

Built in the early 20th century, the church was abandoned some years ago until being renovated into the world’s most awesome skate park.

The collaborative project between a local skate collective called the Church Brigade, street artist Okuda San Miguel and Red Bull is called the ‘Kaos Temple’.

A huge halfpipe lines nearly the whole ground of the church, but what’s most impressive is Okuda’s colourful use of the remaining space. Using his signature isometric style featuring human and animal figures, the artist has produced what he calls his most important project yet and ‘personal Sistine Chapel’.
