This may very well be the bravest duck on earth. Landing in the watering hole of Jalur, a 126 kg Sumatran tiger, the tiny duck went on to play a dangerous game.
For over 10 minutes the wild duck teased the tiger by diving under the water and crossing to the other side of the pool when the tiger neared. The risky game of cat and mouse played out at the Symbio Wildlife Park in Sydney, Australia and even saw the duck flapping its wings in a seeming effort to wind up the large tiger.
Jalur grow tired of his failing efforts and ultimately gave up before retreating to another part of the park away from the duck. Tigers are extremely efficient apex predators, but on this occasion, the underdog won. Tiger 0, duck 1.
