When you think of the Caribbean, two things (aside from stunning sun, sea and sand) instantly spring to mind; food and drink! Whilst we all know how fantastic Caribbean cuisine is (not to mention the rum), just how much do you know about each of the national dishes of the region?

From Barbados’ ‘Coo-Coo and Flying Fish’ through to St Maarten’s ‘Conch and Dumplings’ and so much more in between; there’s so much delicious food to be eaten in the Caribbean and whether you’re travelling there on vacation or are simply looking for some inspiration for your own dishes, there’s something for everyone.

Barbados’ Royal Westmoreland Estate recently launched a fantastic infographic which looks at 17 national dishes; it’s sure to get your mouth watering and leave your tummy rumbling!
